What is a Wellness Programme?

Alex Pringle’s Wellness Programme is different to any other coaches/life coaches/wellbeing coaches out there. It isn’t just a 90 minute session to work on your goals, it is 24.7 support to achieve the happiness you desire. I will help you meet and exceed personal and professional goals, including excelling in the workplace, being happy at home and fulfilling desires you never thought were possible.

Alex Pringle has gone through an array of mental health challenges battling anxiety, depression, seasonal affective disorder, addictive personality disorder and chronic illness TMJ which was misdiagnosed for 3 years as Epilepsy. Through my own journey I have realised that I can now help and empower others who are struggling to reach their potential through the techniques and routines I have implemented.

What makes Alex Pringle’s programme different?

On paper, we know the things we need to do to get the most out of our Mental Wellbeing, but we just can’t motivate ourselves to do it.  What is different about this programme is that I will actually be there for you 24.7, every step of the way to ensure that I am your personal motivator so when you feel like giving up or having a wobble, you just WhatsApp me, we talk things over, the barriers you are facing, and we realign, to keep you on a positive journey. There is no coaching session and then left alone with lots of different workbook sheets to do at home for you to complete, I will be there with you every step of the way.

I’m going to be your best friend until you feel confident enough to spread your wings and fly solo. Trying to embark on a journey that keeps your mental wellbeing on track can be challenging when going it alone, or even when you have a therapy session once a week – who is there for you the rest of the time? 

Structure:

Each person’s programme will be designed differently because everyone’s story is different, everyone’s struggles are different and everyone’s goals are different. 

Each week you will have a 30 minute zoom consultation to go over your upcoming weeks personalised plan and review the previous weeks plan.

Don’t worry, I’m not going to throw you from 0 – 100 over night, wellness is a journey, and we will introduce new concepts week by week to ensure that you can stay on track.

  • Nutrition
  • Structuring your day
  • Financial planning support
  • Journaling

I will get you to a point where you can incorporate different concepts into your day, whilst maintaining the lifestyle that you need and giving you the tools to be able to take matters into your own hands once you are at a point you are happy.

Once you are happy with your on going structure I will then help you to wean yourself off the ongoing support so that you have complete independence and control of your Mental Wellbeing.
